I saw this listing for somewhat cheap and wanted your opinions on red flags about this bike. It seems really nice for a promotion from Michael David Winery a few years ago when they did that FreakCycle giveaway. Though, I’ve never heard of this bike and I have no idea who made it.
I really like the fenders and chain guard since I plan on riding this during the winter. The thick tires also seem good enough for the snow – though I can swap the front out for a studded tire. I think the handlebars being a cruiser are fine actually, as I have no idea who is racing through snow and ice.
All images of it I can find are practically brand new. The few bikes of this kind I can find look like they’ve never even hit the pavement. Perhaps it’s some survivorship bias?
