Had this bike for a few months now. Pretty much replaced every component on it but want to make it even weirder. Does anyone have any ideas for upgrades/cool things I could put on this? Loving it and all of its weirdness so far…

A huge frame bag would be cool.
The biggest ape-hangers you can find, and a 20” front wheel should do the trick 👍
Does that top tube bounce at all? I wonder how soft it really feels
