Any 7 speed shimano or microshift will work
Any 7sp will work. Treat yourself and get under-the-bar thumb shifters or stick to what you know.

Any 7 speed shimano is fine. There are other brands eg mixroshift but shimano is worth the extra
Any shimano 7v derailleur shifter
Anything shimano will do. I certainly dont like getting the same lever again as those buttons always break. It’s really bad design imo.
