On a 2023 super deluxe a 205×60 is a 65mm with a 5mm spacer under the bumper.
But since this shock features a hydraulic bottom out it’s said you also need to change this, e.g

Does this actually need changing or if I remove the spacer will the hbo circuit just activate earlier?
Anyone tried this ?

It will be fine, I’m not sure if it activates any earlier. I removed the spacer on my 62.5 one time when I couldn’t get a hand on the 65.
