The endurace is more relaxed than everything else on the list. This makes more sense for an average guy who rides on the weekends and is not super flexible. If you are fairly flexible, the ultimate is a great choice. Take a look at Orbea as you could get a custom paint job on an Orca.

I’ve had the same questioning and went ultimate, I don’t regret it one bit. Best bike I’ve owned, I went for the AXS one. The cockpit is just a beauty.
You can also consider for 1k~ the aeroad. But I’d rather buy the bike and zipp wheels later. Hope it helps.
