Hard to tell with the protective coverage on the logos, but this appears to be the older version of the hubs. They’re cool looking. My concern is that the machining on the threading doesn’t look great. If it’s new old stock (NOS), then perhaps that’s just “shop wear” from being moved around some. Could also just be noise from the picture/lighting.
I personally would want to have the seller thread on a cog and lockring to make sure it’s in good working order.
These aren’t terribly rare or high end hubs, but if they’re legit they might be worth pursuing. I personally do not view them as premium or special hubs.

Those are Gran Compe Pro hubs, no longer in production. As MrMister2905 said, not extremely rare but also not extremely sought after, but still good quality. Do not confuse these hubs with the Gran Compe ll or Gran Compe l models.
IMO, anything Gran Compe makes is good quality. The best “bang for your buck” brand
