Hello Bicycling reddit! I know nothing about bikes but I need to find out everything about this bike! I want to know what kind of bike this is (Rims, Frame, Tires, Seat, gears etc. – Anything about everything) I want to build a bike just like this. Thank you guys!

So many conflicting stories here: Huge panniers, but clipless pedals. Brooks saddle, but no fenders.
Looks like a fancy gear system, but old school rim brakes. I don’t see any lights.
I think someone took a mid level road bike and is trying to make a commuter out of it.
OP, take a few cues from this bicycle, but don’t copy all of it. Get some platform pedals, fenders, and lights. If you’re commuting with a load (panniers) talk to someone about the gearing ratio too.
From images you provide i can see and i know:

Your post doesn’t really make any sense. You know nothing about this bike or its purpose, but you want to copy it for some reason? At least explain what in particular you like about this bike, and what you are looking for in a bicycle, and then we can provide recommendations.
It’s a cannondale CAAD 10 from circa 2012-2013, lower specs as it seems to be the FSA / 105 combo
I own an Ultegra version of that era and it’s an amazing bike, one of the finest Aluminium frames ever built, people still race them in crit races that’s how good it is
Mine is about 7.5 kilos and an absolute joy to ride
