So many have asked for it so here it is. A video dedicated to the @Gozney powered pizza van and why I wanted this exact one and how I power it. Roll with me to St Albans Market as I set up to smash out another service.

What wireless microphone do you use
That cheeseburger pizza looked amazing! I've been in St Albans few times but never on a Wednesday (yet!), I need to book flights from Poland to Luton and change it lol
My friend is your regular customer and I trust him that your pizzas are amazing, can't wait to actually try them myself
Wonder if you could do a dough counter with a screen outside so customers can see how many doughs you have left?
Great ๐ช๐ผyou have a soundboks on board cool ๐
I'll take that perfect pizza dough over a burger bun with those toppings any day! Another great vid my dood and thanks for showing us the full process of your setup.
Completely non-related, but even in museums, they used to wear white gloves in order to handle delicate books. They stopped doing that because the gloves cause more damage than just using your hands.
Just wash them en dry your hands (thoroughly when handling books).
Tracking inventory when you have multiple items is tricky.
However if you create a new inventory item called โpizza ball (ยฃ0.00)โ you can then set that item to letโs say 90 (or however many balls you have) and add that to every order (I know itโs an extra press but pretty easy to do) then you can track dough balls too.
Iโm the guy who was telling you Iโm waiting on a new trailer and I do the same with buns on my burger van.
Very detailed video, thanks alot! ๐
If you could change something in the van (e.g. layout;electric,…) with your current knowledge to improve workflow etc. Do you have something in mind ?
Would you use a completely different setup if you mainly work caterings, weddings etc ?
Even little things can sum up to a lot if you have to do the movement hundreds of times a day ๐
Keep the vids coming, greetings from germany ๐
That's it im making a cheeseburger pizza this weekend ๐
You and your business is so inspiring! Youโre giving me Hope and the realization that I can start my own pizza business here in California. Everyone of my friends have always enjoyed my pizzas and have urged me to start my own restaurant but after following you and how happy you seem daily, Iโm jacked to get it going. Iโm buying my own Gozney dome in a few days. Keep it going brother! God Bless!! Stay tune!
Awesome video Adam ๐
The funny think is the Chevrolet straight six in your van is a small engine at 4.1 liters in the United States.
Bro you did that Van Right. Its sweet Awesome JOB.
Curious. No seatbelt laws in the UK?
Love that van and your channel! What is the type of the van?
Amazing video โคโคโคโคโค
Seems you are in the lucky position to work small hours and do something you love..
Living the dream
Which cheese slices (brand) did you use for the burger pizza? You said on the live stream yesterday they where proper slices not the plastic stuff, so curious to get some good quality ones myself.
I would put a screen outside so you can put the menu up and show different things on it
superb!๐ฏ That ๐ง๐๐looks absolutely amazin'! All pizzas u made actually are and they all banger!๐๐คcheers mate!
great video Adam nice pizza truck love the sound of the engine and the cheeseburger pizza was bangin
Another epic insightful vid. When you first started on your bike, how many days on the market did you do a week? And what was your first event/wedding like? Love the vids!
I never did see a Sunday roast pizza before. Now thats probably for a good reason but its something to think about….๐
inspiring story! what camera system are you using ? Cheers!
Nice one Mr Peddlington! Iโd love to see a clip of the original bike setup. Btw, the red steering wheel is like the cherry on top, love it! Keep up the good job!
If I ever happen to be near St Albans i'm planning it for a wednesday afternoon lol
Have you thought about having a seatbelt put in it? Especially for the longer journeys. Was surprised to see it didn't have one. I know it's not the law though in vintage but wasn't sure whether you'd think of having them added for extra safety. The van is epic. And that system that does your electrics sounds like what I want to use in a camper conversion when i can get one.
