This poor bike has been neglected and ignored and I’m hoping to rehome her so someone can shower her with TLC. back tire is blown and there’s a rusty chain from being left out in elements. How much should I charge for this? TIA
Tires and tubes cost a minimum of $50 to replace. Consider that it will cost someone around $200 to get it into tip top shape, and you’ll realize it has no actual intrinsic value. It’s junk. It will cost more to fix it than it’s worth. Either ride it or give it to someone who will.

You could get $150-200 for that. Anyone handy can replace a tube ($10) and chains are $10-20.

I paid $75 for a better bike in better shape, so probably less than that.
