Hello fellow bikepackers.
I am currently trying to mount my Dynamo front light to Canyon Endurace, which has no mounting points at all.
Since I am not planning on mounting aerobars, which would make everything a lot easier, I would like to place the front light under my handlebar bag.
For me, the only possible solution seems to be either an extension from the handlebar or to mount them on the frame via zip ties.
Do you guys have any idea how to make it work ? Is there any product that might be an easy solution?
Thank you so much 🦵

Sorry, not very helpful but I have the same Ortlieb Handlebar-Pack and it’s sick.
Here’s a tip: use a clips to hold all the excess strap in place and tie a bungy cord around the bag before closing it. Then you can put your phone in the side pockets!!
There are mounts that go in place of some of your steerer spacers. I’m not sure if they will drop it down low enough, though. You may need to find some sort of extension. Check out this one from Klite.

Are there no mudguard mounts at the fork crown at all? Some have an m5 mount under the crown which can be used to attach a dynamo.
That’s tricky. I would advise against mounting on the frame. I’ve learnt from experience that on tight turns etc you really want the light to shine in the direction of the handlebars, not the steered tube.
I wonder if a mount could be 3D printed to the fender?
Zip ties will destroy your frame, don’t do it. I’m sure you’ll find a mount
