I bought a second hand bike and trainer and it was in dire need of a proper cleaning. Took the chain and cassette off and after remounting and the chain is rubbing against the chainstay. Did i remount in incorrectly or have a lost a spacer somewhere? The precious owner had some sort of cog-like spacer closest to the hub, so I just remounted as it was. Should I just remove that?

The cassette is installed improperly. Looks like 2 spaces next to a cog. There should be a gap between the last cog and the dropout.
