Recently bought this handle bar and really like the geometry and everything but these seems to a lot of rough edges. Should I return it or can I just sand it down on my own. Is it a risky job?

Id return these bars, You can clearly see a somewhat concerning void in the third picture. If they managed to not see the void during QC, I’m really scared to find out what else they might have missed.
