Any tips for removing these torx screws from the disc? The screws have been completely stripped by the previous owner and lost grip entirely. I’ve tried everything even screw removal bolts.

Slot the heads with a dremel and use a flat head to remove them. If that doesn’t work, drill the heads til they pop and then use vise grips to loosen the bolt.
Are they reverse threaded?
Sacrificial Allen wrenches and JB weld
Use a similarly sized tri square bit (spline, 12 point, whatever you want to call them), marginally too big, and tap it in so it cuts its own slots, the tapping action shocks the threads and helps loosen things too. Steel screws into aluminium can become very permanent sometimes though.
Left hand drill bits for that, 5mm.
Drill them, they might come out immediately, otherwise pop the head, and try to get the out with vice grips.
If you can’t undo them with vice grips, then 4mm left handed bit, and likely retap the hole
Centre punch and a hammer ,tap around the circumference of the bolt with center punch and hammer ,works every time .
Use an Ez-out. They exist specifically for this
