Happy to validate😂 Brilliant content Sam!🚴🏆 out there end of April, great watch on Scottish winter evenings/ days.
Top video Sam. Can’t wait to be back in April! Thanks for the routes. 👍🏻
Great videos by another good YouTuber…..there in May …. again.. can't wait ….
Cracking video full of route inspiration
Lovely video, but I've never really understood why riders prefer to eat in a gas station cafe, when there is a gorgeous monastery with some decent cafes selling proper Mallorquin cooking, decent cake and a free refill of holy water only 5 minutes away on the bike. Go to Lluc, you'll thank me.
Great video would be interesting to know some circular routes away from the mountains in the other towns around the middle of the island.
Another great video, Sam! 👏👍🤝 Hopefully, will be back in Mallorca this fall! 🤞😁
Great video! Will do a couple of these in April. From Alcudia.
Great video! I really enjoyed it ❤️
I agree with you, these are five exceptional rides.
If someone would say that I am only allowed to ride one route for the rest of my life I would pick "the Garage loop". Clockwise or anti-clockwise is just as lovely. Cami de na Pontons/Cami Vell de Pollenca aka "Dustbin road" along the wine yards is a nice flat part of this route. Almost no cars at all and the birds are singing so beautiful. A nice detour (very short just 500m) is to ride to the Coves de Campanet and have a coffee, marvellous view and one of the best brews on the island.
Once when I was climbing Col de Sa Battala I was passed by a farmer in a mini van with an open truck bed very full of oranges, such a lovely smell and in the corners he lost a couple of oranges for me to pick up. I had my cycling jersey pockets full of oranges at the top of Sa Batalla!
Thanks! Mats Carlsson Halmstad Sweden
The way you said Puig Major the first time is actually more accurate than the second one 😂 Nice content
Brilliant Sam be using this and the routes for my trip in April 👍👍
Mallorca is very good but also very busy and expensive. Getting stuck behind a coach on the descent on Sa Calobra is no fun. There are some fantastic routes on the mainland where I live smooth quiet roads very little traffic.
Cracking video and love those cats! I've not done all the routes you mentioned but I thought Cap Formentor was just breath takingly scenic, the only issue was all the cars/motorbikes/cyclists/in-line skaters etc. Nightmare when busy. Of the climbs I enjoyed Sa Batala best I think, right combo of enough ascent not too hard and quiet in comparison with some. I'd love to be out there now, it's pissing down here in UK and I've got a stinking cold!
Nice one Sam, Im coming out on the 2nd april for 6 days, first time with my bike, definatly gona be doing no: 1 and 2.
