Is this your first time setting these tires up tubeless?
Did you purchase these tires new?
Challenge tyres are aptly named! It’s normal for lightweight tyres like this to leak on installation and will seal up in an hour or so. Or has this started to happen after 5 months of use?

Your tire is missing the TLR label. Challenge website shows availability of TLR and non-TLR Strada Bianca Pro.
Have you been running them since august and they are just starting to do that? Challenge tires have a habit coming apart just were your white stuff is coming from. They will warranty them quickly. That happened to me 25 miles in the woods and my spare tire had a hole. Never again.
That isn’t the Tubeless version of that tire.
I had victoria pro tire doing this after only 2000km.
This look a lot alike.
You can put them in the bin and buy gp5000 tr S instead. This is what I did
Challenge are awful for tubeless setup even in TLR. IMO
