I call it Mostro Mash. Mostro is Italian for Monster and boy is it a beast!
Got as a 2nd hand bike in desperate need of some TLC. Disassembled to the frame cleaned everything and reassembled. Swapped out a handful of parts (new and old) and Prego!
It’s now my full time commuter and planning to take it on gravel rides and bikepacking trips.
Frame is a 53 or 56. Fits fine. Anyone know how I can tell?
Wheelset – Mavic Ellipse’s (plan to swap ASAP to something beefier and desperately trying to not use my brakes to save the brake track from wearing out the orig black coating.)
Tires – Specialized Pathfinder Pro in 38mm width with tubes.
Crankset – Sugino 75 (swapping out the BB to one with the correct taper)
Chainrings, cogs, chain – Miche 44T, DA 17T or All City 22T (I know 1 skid patch), IDK
Pedals – eggbeaters 3
Stem, handlebar, seatpost – Mash, Mash, CaneCreek eeSilk with Cinelli collar
Brakes, Levers – Origin8 Canti w CODA Fork Mount Cable Housing stop, Paul
Saddle, Grips, Bell – SMP Dynamic w stealth AirTag, ESI 34mm Extra Chunky, Crane
Frame pump, TT Pad – Topeak, Yanco
ACME Sticker covers a previous owners Boo Boo.
What you think? Change anything?
Thanks Fam!

Frame’s small on you (guessing you don’t need anyone to tell you this) but if it works and your back feels ok after long/hard rides then it is what it is. Probably not all that easy finding these anyway

I don’t own one so it’s hard to tell sizing but I normally eyeball the top tube/down tube gap at the headtube junction and compare that with other people’s builds on Pedalroom. Yours might be either a 50cm or 53cm
