  1. For starters, the inner chainring, the small one that is on the bike behind the crank arm is backwards. First thing you need is a crank extractor to take the crank off and turn that around. The middle and outer ring are directional as well, you can see which way around they go from looking at the marks from the chain and the shifting pins. The longer bolts and the spacers, I’d imagine, would be for the smallest ring. The rest for the bigger two
