  1. He should put some sea salt into that tap water at least. Just water will not make you hydrated much. You will just pee out most of it. If you want that water stay in your tissues you need sodium… Btw I don't understand how they all can eat so much sour candy all the time and not ruin their teeth.. Acidic stuff melts enemal.. That's why I like marshmallows. They are not acidic at all but take a lot of space in pocket. πŸ˜€

  3. He is a professional and must have sugars on his body for performance. Quite good diet, it contains a lot of carbohydrates and sugars, but the coke zero? mamma mia, drink normal coke for that etxtra sugars and you will perform more.

  4. I'm only here for the ketchup, oh yes, and the cycling too. Over the past few years I have reduced the amount of ketchup I use and replaced it with Sriracha. But in my younger days I could eat garbage with ketchup, as long as there was no hair in it 🀣 Greetings from the neighbours in Latvia!
