From other photos it looks like there is minimal cosmetic damage. Assuming there is no structural damage, excessive wear to the drivetrain, or other issues is it worth the $300 it is listed for?

would only pay 300 if it was summer.
in winter its a 200-250 bike assuming working order. cool looking frame but as a utility piece nothing special and very dated.
