Hello, I just got this frame and it’s my first time seing this type to crankset (old model).
Can I change the whole system (bb + crankset) ? And can I use whatever type of bb I want ?
Im totally a newbie so I dont know what to expect

Cottered crankset. Good chance the frame has french or italian bb thread instead of bsa. But you definitely can install modern bb and cranks on that frame.
Cant help im new here but just wanted to say wow to that crank arm! Looks like a freakin breaker bar lol!
Yes, but as old as that frame is you need to first determine whether the BB is French-thread or BSA.
Once you know that pick your crankset as it will tell you the spindle length you need for the BB.
