Centrelock lockring tool.
This one used for most threaded bottom brackets

It’s a centerlock disc, which can mean it requires either a standard bottom bracket tool or a freewheel tool.
Here the lockring has 16 notches on the outside, which is the BB standard.
I see people recommending this tool for brake discs : https://pedros.com/products/external-bottom-bracket-socket-16×44 but there are lots that are compatible.

Shimano makes two different center lock rings that use two different tools. That appears to be the 16 notch. https://www.parktool.com/en-us/product/bottom-bracket-lockring-tool-16-notch-bbt-69-4
