It’s cool, but it’s not a dinglespeed. It’s a 2×1. A dinglespeed is two chainrings and two cogs sized so that you can get good chain tension in either speed.
It’s hard to set up, so the maniacs who do it should have the dingle name, IMO

If you have two derailleurs and shifters why not go nuts and put a 11 speed cassette on there? Am I missing something? Incidentally, how tall are you? I wouldn’t even be able to swing a leg over that monster.
