I’m planning to add a holder at the end of the S14 seatpost. The same bolt which holds the leaf parts together at the end of the seatpost, will hold thin metal sheet. Metal sheet will be attached (rolled to hug a battery) to the 3D printed holder and battery will be held this way maybe with zip ties. This is my idea, but I’m looking to see other solutions to this issue. Maybe you have better ideas how to attach Di2 battery to this seatpost? I don’t want to ditch this seatpost.

You could put it in the frame near the bottom bracket. That’s what canyon does with some models.
If you do that I would try to make it as waterproof and rattle-free as possible.

Not sure if possible, but why not di2 with a dynamo hub instead? Can’t shift a derailleur without pedalling anyway…
