Yep. As long as it’s the correct size of course. It’s best for someone between 5’ and maybe up to 5’5”

Given this is a brand-name bike (ie not a bike-shaped object from Walmart), it looks clean, and components look maintainable, I’ll say this is an excellent price. You’ll find plenty of garbage “objects” for twice that on FBMP.
