That’s a mofuggin Rivendell. Date it around 2010-13ish before they creamed the taiwan frame headtubes. XD2 cranks and that german mirror they might still sell. The old Nitto Marks Rack has that little tab on the front still. The boscomoose might be later edition though? MKS lambda pedals.
Found another photo on image search and it appears to be a Mixte so probably a Cheviot.
