Spending more on a wheel rebuild even though it cost more than the bike ✔️✔️
Most of the time, I feel like the chinese are pretty on it in terms of how things work… must of been his first day on the job 🦯🦮
This is a very interesting lacing pattern I must say.

The all ‘heads out’ on the disc side is not too unusual for e-bike hubs. The thick and tall flanges can force heads-in spokes to be bent at extreme angles. The same isn’t true on the drive side, as the flange sits more centred, so the angles are less extreme.
Everything else about the lacing is FUBAR though …
The wheel was almost certainly laced by a machine when it was new. While they don’t make for precise builds, lacing errors are relatively uncommon, especially to this degree. Based on the condition of the wheel, I would guess the owner tried fixing a lacing problem themselves and is too embarrassed to admit it now …
I believe the OP is talking about the random, missing spokes.
