I'm trying to fix up an old bmx, it has space in the bottom bracket of 46mm which is somewhere between American and mid. But I have no idea what I could replace it with. Any ideas what I can do? I'd like to still be able to keep a 19mm spindle but if not I can deal. Any help is greatly appreciated đź‘Ťsome photos of the old one for reference.

Needs more pictures of the bb shell, as what you’ve shown just looks like a standard unsealed bearing 8 spline 3pc crankset.
