I’m building a vintage vibe out of an airwalk pista (1st picture) and I’m deciding between Brown Aero brake levers, Brown Non-Aero brake levers, and Chrome flat bar levers. What would be the pros and cons of each and taking into account a balance between aesthetics and practicality, which would you choose?

I don’t really see any particular advantage of non-aero. I did have an old vintage touring bike with non-aero levers, which I chose to keep that way because it would allow more play with the bars, which would come in handy if I ever needed to load it in a box for travel. But otherwise I don’t know of any advantage.
Sick build bro… reminds me of my own build. Practically twins
From an aesthetic perspective. If you are keeping the drop bar I would do aero levers. Only use the flat bar levers on a flat bar. I love the look of a flat bar but only without brakes.
Personally I would do drop bar with aero levers. They look the best and are much more comfortable.
