My frozen fingers accidentally deleted a much longer post. /s on the frozen nature of my fingers, just sausagey. So I’ll keep this one short.

I decided to get my first e-bike this year and absolutely love it for my winter commute. I face serious head winds, increased rolling resistance with studded tires, and typically unplowed trails into the winter making my commute a bit harder than I’d like on my analog bike.

All of that is gone with the e-bike and my commute is short so I just need to charge my battery mid week to enjoy the beauty of winter biking with a bit less effort.

I’m 5 miles short of 200 miles on the Tenways CGO600 Pro. It’s belt driven, no gears, commuter style e-bike that requires you to pedal. It’s cheap enough that if my winter commuting destroys it in 5 years I won’t be crying. Highly recommend.

I’m a big fan on being outside year round and this makes it a bit easier to do that.
