  1. I don't get it ???? Haruki is # 73 and he supposedly was killed in this fatal crash in this video ? I watched this video 4 times and each time I watched it Haruki # 73 slid down and off the track surface. As he was sliding he held onto the bikes handle bars and a half second after his slide came to a halt he immediately stood up and seemed uninjured. Neither he or his bike hit anything during the slide. So why and how after a seemingly harmless slide did Haruki end up fatally injured ?

  2. Such an innocuous looking crash. Irrespective of how close the racing was, you usually only get in serious trouble if you hit something or something hits you . I know from personal experience that in most cases of high speed crashes, you walk away with little injury. RIP Haruka

  3. So much happened in no time at all. Had to watch back at 0.25X playback speed.
At the beginning of 0:14, he's still holding onto his bike as spins onto the track.
By the the end of that second, though, another biker pulls into frame, and from the very, very beginning of 0:15 to about 2/3rds through that second is all the time it took for Haruki to get struck and the bike to launch it's front end.

  4. The rider who who hit him panicked and stood his bike up which caused him to go straight onto his head. If he had kept leaning and turning then he would have went right by him. It sucks because its such an in the moment thing, hope he is mentally ok and the deceased riders family too, RIP

  5. It was nobody's fault but the guy who died…he had a bad line on the outside if the 73 rider and gave him nowhere to go at all…..he should of backed out at that point instead he chose death
