I’m using a raceware headset spacer for my allez sprint. Has anyone seen this kind of problem before? Raceware are sending me a replacement in case it’s an issue with the piece but could anything else be causing this?

Is your headset loose (or just not tight enough)? Typically this is how things look if the headset isn’t sufficiently snug and the bike is sitting neutral.
I’d also question the whole 3D printed third party parts stuff for tolerances, but that’s just my paranoia of third party stuff.

It’s definitely the 3rd party spacer man. That’s the risk on little known component manufacturers.

Sand down the spacer carefully, so you can properly adjust the Headset.
