Still new at bicycling but I'm more into long-distance ride. I choose this bike specifically because it is well known for bike packing. So yeah.
Any tips or heads up for me owning this bike?

How is your bike …regarding what?
That saddle is a bit of an eyesore but cant tell much for from just those pics regarding wear and tear. So hope its in good knick so you can have fun right out of ze box if the fit is in the ballpark.
