Loving going off road running at the moment, my map reading could do with a bit of work though!

Thank you so much for watching, if you can spare a second to hit subscribe with your pinky that would be awesome.

  1. I enjoy your videos – and I hate to say this, and I only say it to help you – but you have got to work on that flickering in your videos. If I had epilepsy I would close your video without hesitation. I work with this on a daily basis and it really isnΒ΄t a very hard problem to solve:

    1) Shutter speed: Set your shutter speed to be a multiple of the lighting's frequency – e.g., 1/50 or 1/100 for 50 Hz lighting which you have in the UK..
    2) Frame rate: Use a frame rate compatible with the local electrical frequency: 25 fps.
    3) Work with aperture and ISO until youhave good exposure.

I know it feels like a hassle to do this instead of just pushing full auto – but once you get the hang of it, it will become second nature.

Please take this in the right way. I hope you keep having fun doing your charming and engaging and entertaining vlogs.

  2. Well done you two, looks lovely but I bet it was cold. I ran this morning they said it was milder but it still felt cold I was in my shorts and tee shirt no gloves but great to be out running.

  3. Hi Amy, was that cafe called Cobwebs at Abbots Bromley ? Looks very familiar . Enjoy your vlogs. Take care. πŸš‚πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸŠβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦

  4. Big thank you to both of your parents for raising such beautiful daughters. You and your sister having a positive impact in this world, you are both a credit to your parents hard work and upbringing.

  5. That was such a beautiful trailπŸ‘ŒI hope the new trainers did the job😊I finally got my first bike ride of the year yesterday, 63 miles and 4200ft of climbing in lovely weather for a nice changeπŸ‘I'm hoping to do a 100 miler tomorrow if all goes well, hope you managed to get out on the bike🀞

  6. Nice you and Molly were able to get a last catch up before she flew back to the "new world." Good luck to her on her last competitions on behalf BC. πŸ‘ no bones were broken today.

  7. On maps, I use Outdooractive on my phone, shows OS maps at any scale, shows where you are, can save your route and so on. Not super-easy to use, but they have a good help desk and it doesn't cost too much per year. Works abroad using various maps but I haven't tried that.

  8. Nice to see your sister vlogging as well, I always use the heatmaps in Strava or RidewithGPS to see where people run or ride in an unfamiliar area, it’s easy to work out some routes then and drop them onto your gps device

  9. Amy thanks for bringing Mollie or Molly (How is your sister's name spelt?) onto your YouTube channel!!!! She's a great addition. Definitely want more videos with your sister's in!! She's funny, you were awful to her lol πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Get and eat that cake!! And your sister was like but it's making me feel sick 🀒 Don't forget Amy she's not Kyle πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  10. I use Komoot to plan those exploring runs and for new bike rides. It knows surprisingly many of those tiny trails. And then I transfer the gpx file to my watch or cycling computer. Just an idea for your new adventures πŸ˜€

  11. Looks a bit chilly over there. Where I am, ,( Perth Western Australia), today is Thursday 16th, weather forecast 39 degrees. Got out earlyish this morning for an easy Zone 2 50km ride. Followed the river into the city, and back.

  12. Hi Amy and Molly, great you got to wear your new trainers. Have not seen front like that for years . Does look nice where you went running. Well done Amy you never stop. Hope your feet will be OK in the new trainers. Great you spent time with Molly. Can't believe we are halfway through January. Ps watched the video with you on your Dads Dawes bike , looked like the green one I had. Hope Kyle is going well, all the best Tim Melbourne Australia ❀.
