  1. I cant quite make it out but make sure the chain is running on the correct side of the tab between the guide and tension pulleys

    2 possibilities:
    1. You ran the chain through the derailleur incorrectly.  There is a small metal tab between the two pulley wheels, and if you run the chain on the wrong side of it, it will rub on the tab and make noise.  Based on the video it is tough to tell, but this is the most likely case since the noise is always there.

    2. A new chain may not be meshing up with the used cassette or chainring.  If you ran the old chain until it was stretched, that can wear the cassette and chainring.  When you put a new chain on, it doesn’t fit perfectly with the worn out other parts.  This can cause it to jump or skip on the cassette.
