I have a electric bicycle with a newer type of chain, the rubber one.
But since this last week it started squeaking when harder acceleration, only in electric modes. The lower the mode the lower the sound, so no electric power made Alamo’s nothing to even no sound.
Is this possible because of the freezing temperatures I had here (-5 Celsius to 7 Celsius) in Belgium

Belt.
You can use some lube. I think Gates even has their own special one.
Belt drive life for me over on r/PriorityBicycles . Could be cold bushings/bearings but honestly most of the time it’s just a piece of grit or grime in the belt drive somewhere. I hose mine off every few days and it quiets it right down. No lube needed; the beauty of belt drive!
If its be belt, adjust the tensioner. If its not the belt you could have a squeak in the bottom bracket.

Are you sure it comes from the belt and not from the chinesium engine and did you check the tension using the Gates app?
You mentioned that it’s very cold where you are.
Is it possible that the belt has contracted slightly and might be running at a slightly higher tension?
Adjusting the tension might help.

Use Silicone spray. As recomended by Gates in the instructions that come with the belt.
