  1. Cut a small piece of electrical tape, then cut a small slit (just big enough for the valve to pass through it) and stick it there. This is the method I’m using on my carbon wheels where the nut is a no-no.

    I deflated and removed the tube and wrapped the stem with electrical tape. That worked. I like the suggestion from Rakotg666; seems like that ought to be an even easier fix.

    The old plastic drink straws work well, cut to size are be pretty much invisible

  4. Some valve extenders come with a small rubber O ring that slips over and silences the stem. Plenty of suggestions in this thread

  5. Crazy how it makes bells sounds as you play with it, maybe you need a whole new wheel at that point. 👀

    Heat shrink tubes for electric wire just used the same on my threaded valve stems to blend them into my black rims nice thing is sharp stanley n steady hand its easily removed
