I know you got to work with what you have but some of those places were a bit sketchy. That last one I thought I was gonna see one of those vids where you get run over by a bus
Apart from that you seem to be mainly in control of the drop your weight is back and you are landing reasonably flat

Pop the front more and try to have your body in the lowest COMFORTABLE position when you pop wheelie a little bit and try to extend your legs to adjust for your drop. The key is to have the least height difference in your body from when you started to when you land. Also less shock that has to be absorbed. This is coming from a BMX perspective that switched to MTB . I could drop 6 foot like it was nothingq

  3. I’d use a higher gear so you dont have to spin those pedal that much, makes it easier to get proper balance before any takeoff/drop/gnarly section

General technique and body position etc seems ok but a bit more speed would help you commit better to the drops.

When you ‘pop’ your front wheel as you roll off, ideally you still want that wheel to be at it’s highest point as your rear wheel leaves. You can see in these that you’re popping the front OK but it’s already on its way down while the rear wheel is still in contact.

Suggest selecting a higher gear as well, there doesn’t appear to be much resistance when you’re pedalling, so you’re not getting much out of it and limiting your ability to control speed.
