As per the video. Anyone encountered this before?
LBS is kindly helping with a warranty claim but I think I’m a month out of the 2 year warranty. Before I pay to just get a new front derailleur thought I’d ask here.

To add, it cannot shift up. It’s stick on the small ring.
seems like fd is mounted to close to the chainring.
Adjust it up a few millimeters then it should be good to go.

Did you do the firmware update? Make sure you have the latest version installed.
the FD is broken. warranty it or get a new one.
If only there was a more dependable way to shift…
