Looking to mount my bottles like this the only options I see are a Wolf Tooth B-Rad double bottle mount or some cheapo Amazon ones. Neither seem to push them out/position them like this version. Any ideas?
That said the image you’ve included almost looks like they are under mounted on the too if the downtube eyelets – that is not a system I’ve seen before however would probably be fairly easy to fabricate something to either mount directly to the frame or to the rail kit system.
We stock the BBB system at our rural shop in BC given its price point and adapter range. Not sure what US availability of BBB is these days but it is easy to source in Canada at least.
Some bottle cages or cargo cages can have other cages mounted to the angle of the cage and cutting one of these up could be an option. (Blackburn Cargo Cage is one of them but only 1 of the versions and can’t remember if it’s the normal or Elite model).

I’m pretty sure that’s the B-Rad system, it’s hard to tell with that picture though…

I know Curve has these on the GMX+ but they’re frame mounts not a piece of hardware. Kind of hard to tell what frame that is but maybe it’s also direct to the frame? King also makes the USB pipe clamp thingys that you could mount like this but it wouldn’t be very clean looking.

I have an appointment next week for my local custom frame builder WZRD. bikes to braze on some bottle bosses there for me.
Met a couple bikepacking on north Van isle with a curve bike that came factory with those mounts and u’ve been obsessed ever since.

[BBB](https://bbbcycling.com/en_en/cycling-accessories/hydration-systems/adaptsystem) makes a similar system to WolfTooth that’s quality but not as pricy as WolfTooth. I have used it on my enduro bike to fit an extra bottle for some longer rides I probably shouldn’t have tried…
