Does everyone not turn right on red lights? Or is that only in LA?
I was on my homemade class 4 self propelled electric scooter (legally a bicycle in my state) and a cop pulled me over for driving an unregistered motorcycle. I informed him of my state's relatively new e bike laws and he was like "well that's pretty cool have a good day"

Last time a cop talked to me on my bike he told me it was illegal to ride on the road. I informed him that it was actually illegal to ride on the side walk. His response 'oh'
Electric and motor bikes or scooters or anything are always vehicles that is federal law. No state has laws correcting this to my knowledge and ohio especially where i live bans any use of them on pedestrian walkways. Entirely illegal to run red light. Not a stop. Also bikes on road need to adhere to road laws regardless you are not a pedestrian
