Please help me figure out what's causing this rubbing sound in the first 10ish seconds of the video (which was taken mid ride). The second half of the video is from the start of my ride and there is no rubbing sound at all. This is pretty much the pattern recently – all my rides start off silent, no rubbing. But over 10 – 15 minutes it builds up to what is shown at the beginning of this video. Please help me figure out what is causing it.
I am very confident this is the drive train rather than the trainer.

I am very confident this is the drive train rather than the trainer. I’ve recently replaced the chain, but I had the same issue with the old chain.
Sorry, all I hear is the clatter of an indexing problem. Not sure how it would come and go.
