Sat (Aug 17) about 2pm lunchtime crowds — Not sure why & who cyclists are? Who organising these “gangs of cyclists” speeding through “Bishopsgate” & City of London — very reckless going through red lights, zig-zag roads (2-way traffic) weaving through cars, buses & people crossing the road
Apparently — could be this parade — *Knives Down Bikes Up* — surely should not be in busy roads or should ask for roads to be closed like “procession needing planning permits”?
