The frameset is incredibly rare in any condition (apart from it being 35 years old) due to two factors: 1. Hardly any were sold with this being the “dark ages” of BMX. 2. Those that were ridden were ridden HARD as the sport progressed and not many bashguards survived.
Original parts:
NOS original unrestored 1989 100% chromoly Team Bashguard Master frame and fork with folding fork standers. Washers and tape have been used where possible to avoid build marks.

Before you say. We know the tyres AREN'T later, they are actually 1987!!! So long since we've even seen a set of these 😂 We remebemer these being stock of these into the 90's, we never sold them when they first came out.

Whoever is out here mounting the rear brakes on the top of the seat stays on freestyle bikes needs to stop! The brake goes between the seat stay and chain stay, period. It looks so tacky with the brake cable in the way of the top standing platform. Fine with BMX but not on a Freestyle bike. Otherwise a nice looking bike. 👊❤
