I've planning on buying myself a mountain bike, and I've found 2 on Facebook. Both are in "like new" condition. The Trek costs $650 CAD/$450 USD, and the KHS costs $400 CAD/$280 USD. They are both medium frames with 29 inch tires. I'm leaning towards the Trek as it's newer and looks better, but just wondering if the reduced price on the KHS is a big enough difference to buy that one instead.
