I am looking for a pannier carrier that can work with my bike (specifications bellow), carry 3 bags (2 on sides 1 on top), be able to carry a good amount of wheight, and be fairly sturdy.
The bike I have is the specialized rockhopper it has a 29in diameter and the break conection area is 8 inches from end to end.
I am open to spending a good amount on this if it is what is needed.
