I know it is a freewheel but I couldn't find the specific model of it.
Second pic: the first cog seems cracked so it is impossible to thread in the whole cog set.

If you have a cracked gear its time to toss it. BITD you could buy replacement cogs for high end freewheels to mix and match your gearing for your purposes, other than expensive old stock I’ve never seen any other replacements. Time to just pull it and replace.
That’s what’s left of a disassembled freehub. Get a freehub tool like the [Park Tool FR-1.3](https://www.parktool.com/en-us/product/freewheel-remover-fr-1-3) to remove it.
