LBS compressed and mangled the spacer that goes on the bolt between the o-rings.
I assume the technician either did not use a torque wrench or did not have it set correctly.

I thought it'd be no big deal to get a replacement. The shipping cost being >10x the cost of the part makes that prohibitive.

What are my options for replacement?
The top cap itself seems fine.

Just the spacer is damaged. I assume it's there to prevent the cap from caving in when you take the lahs out of the assembly.

    you do not need this spacer, it does not do anything. Just put the expander at the right position. O-rings are not needed either.
