  1. Niewiadoma did a fantastic job. Still, it does not feel right that the best rider did not win. The whole peloton was fighting against Vollering, even parts of her own team.

  2. Many people says here that if not a crash Demi would be a winner. It doesn't work this way. No one knows how how she would perform without this crash. This crash could gives her extra motivation and extra strenght. maybe without this she could be weaker.

  3. The meanness of Pauline Rooijakkers is incredible. By not helping Vollering, she might not have won the Tour, but at least she would have finished second. She also had the chance to win the Tour. Or would she prefer that her compatriot did not win? The Yellow, Red or Pink Jersey in women's cycling has no hierarchy. The attitude of female cyclists can be counterproductive for the image of their sport. Annemiek van Vlueten attacking Vollering while he was urinating last season. The leaders attack Vollering in his fall and SD Works does not support him.
Even worse at the Olympic Games where they decide not to fight for the gold with Kristen Faulkner because Marianne Vos, Lotte Kopecky and Blanka Vas boycotted each other, who ran to prevent her from winning any of the three.
There have been three Olympics and several World Championships and there is no good atmosphere among the Dutch team. Demi Vollering is not a saint either, for some reason she does not fit in. Their emotional fatigue is evident from the beginning of the season when they announced their departure from the team.
In the end, they lose in image what they have worked so hard for. Many publishers and programs have dedicated time against SD Works, I don't believe in the idea that all publicity is good. It is known that Annemiek van Vlueten came to Movistar because no one wanted her in the other teams and she does not obey the instructions of the Directors.

  4. Vollering lost because of her teamates and fucking team SD. no one waited for her when she crashed, no one to help her gain time.

  5. Where was the team to help bring back Demi after she fell? She lost over a minute right there. Four seconds should never have been an issue…

  6. the moments after the finish of the race made my eyes teary. Incredible stuff, congrats to the women of this tour, this is the closest and most thrilling tour male or female I've seen

  7. Why the prizes here are such a small fraction of what they win in The French Open – Roland Garros? Of course, it's not just about money, but… what is the reason for such a HUGE disproportion?

  8. After Kasia won the yellow jersey on stage V, the team prepared a yellow bike for her, which she rode until the end of the tour. A beautiful gesture and faith in her victory.

  9. I'm very happy for all the ladies of the TDF Femmes and lady riders worldwide. The TDFF needs to expand, make it two weeks 13 stages with a day off in the middle, after stage 7. I tuned in and watched every stage this year, a first for me in any TDF, mens included. Next year is going to be total FIRE! Vollering gonna be on a mission BIG TIME to reclaim the yellow jersey. No Olympics, so all the riders will be fully charged and ready. I'm already excited to watch.

  10. I will Only watch Woman tdf in Future. We find Watts in human Standards and no hidden surprises like transforming into Superman like pushing 800 Watts for over 40 Minutes and making believe people It’s normal.
