It’ll help out for most of the bits, but when you want to tighten a bb, crank, rotor, etc you’ll be out of luck.

It is enough for most things, unless you plan to do cassettes, bottom brackets, and rotors. You might need up to around 50 Nm for those.
From the ones I have used, I like Wera Torque wrenches. But they might be pretty pricey if not on sale.
Personally, I would go for a torque wrench with an audible click when the torque is reached. The one you shown is great for when you are out and about.

I have one and have used it a bunch. For stuff like stems/seatposts and whatnot it works great. U do have to reposition it to see the torque value which can be annoying if u use it a lot but other than that iv been happy with the tool

If its for home use and won’t be carried on your bike then I’d suggest a ratchet style wrench. The wrench I have goes up to 15, though I only need 10nm for my thru axles then 5 or 4 for most other stuff. Check the specs on your bike, if the max you have is 9 then you’re good.

This is a good one for small maintenance carrier inside saddle pack or bento box. Obviously, you need pretty large wrench for removing BB, etc. but this is still useful for stem install and even thru axle at 10nm. Been looking something like this one for me.

Just go to harbor freight and get a Pittsburgh in 1/4 and 1/2. Will work for mostly everything on your bike.

I bought this. The bits are awful. I do not recommend.

I have a combination of small torque wrench 10-20 NM and a 1/2″ square drive beam torque wrench 50-200 NM. Each of them very affordable and great for any bike job.
