If you’re certain that the bead is seated properly (hard to tell in the photo), then that’s a weird tire and exchangeable in my opinion. Deflate the tube a bit and then pry the tire back and forth to make sure the bead is properly seated and then reinflate.

Seems like the bead isn’t seated.
